Terms & refund policy

Every order carries a written deadline that starts when the crypto payment is confirmed on the network: 48 hours for Personal / Unverified accounts, up to 72 hours for Business / Verified and High-profile accounts, or 36 hours when the 36-hour option is added.

If the target account is still online when the deadline passes, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. Open a refund ticket that references the order; refunds are sent in the same currency to an address you provide.

If a removed account is restored by the platform later, the re-takedown is free. Open a ticket in the category "Ban was lifted" with the order number.

Orders without a confirmed payment expire after 48 hours and are never charged. One order covers one target account.

We do not ask for your name, and we do not share order details with anyone.
